‘Hithawathi Teens Hub’ pilot project
AT WEERA VIJAYA VIMALARATHNA NATIONAL SCHOOL, INAMALUWA

An awareness session on Cybersafety and Hithawathi services was held on 27th April 2023 at Weera Vijaya Vimalarathna National School, Inamaluwa under the initiative of “Hithawathi Teens Hub”. About 175 students, teachers and the principal participated in this session. At the end of the session a Cyber Quiz was asked and five winners were randomly selected out of those who gave the correct answer to award MD Gunasena book store gift vouchers of LKR 2,500/- each. Hithawathi Teens Hub Student Leaders are supposed to be awarded a valuable certificate signed by Ministry of Education and LK Domain Registry for their contribution to create a safer cyberspace for the school community.
